Georgina Merentiti has a piano Degree and Diploma (with Professor Pari Papadopoulou at the Meandrio Conservatory), Degrees in Music Harmony, Counterpoint and Fugue (with Professor Louisa Antipas at the same Conservatory), an Intergrated Master from the Department of Music Studies at the University of Athens and is a PhD Candidate in the field of Historical and Systematic Musicology of the same University.
Since 2016, she has been the Administrative and Artistic Executive for the "Athens Philharmonia Orchestra" .She is teaching piano and theoretical courses at the Erateion Conservatory, and choir at the Maiandrio Conservatory.
Meanwhile, as a flutist, she is a member of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Pallini (in which she has taught and directed) and El Sistema Greece Youth Orchestra, while her orchestrations and arrangements for symphonic orchestra and music ensembles have been performed since 2015.
As a pianist, flutist, and a member of the Mixed Choir of the Department of Music Studies of the University of Athens, she has participated in numerous concerts and performances in the most important concert venues in Greece and Cyprus since 2011.
Some remarkable artistic collaborations include her participation as a pianist for the Athens Philharmonia Orchestra at the China tour during Christmas 2019-2020, performing in 11 concerts in 10 cities, as well as her role as a solo soprano in the work "Theophanes the Greek" by Savvas Karatzias at the Library of Alexandria in Egypt.
